• 1954 - Purchases deed to 1.19-acre recreational space from the City of Palo Alto for $25.

• ? - Mediates sale of property, ensuring racial quotas kept (this time in favor of a white buyer)

Palo Alto Fair Play Council

• 1945 - Begins work to connect Japanese Americans with housing and employment

• 1948 - Assists in developing Lawrence Tract

• 1952 - Institutes Brotherhood Week

• 1957 - Advertises in the paper “on behalf of prospective homebuyers.”

• 1959 - Prints ad in Palo Alto Times urging renters, sellers, and real estate brokers to abide by tenets of equal opportunity.

• 1960 - Successful in Stanford University policy change - they only listed off-campus housing that agreed not to discriminate.

• 1965 - Prints sticker pointing out
